Fill out an application form to ensure your VIP experience goes without a hitch

Grab a 30-minute kick-off call to discuss your design needs and to book your slot

Step Three

Complete the contract and invoice for you to lock in your preferred design day

Step Four

Upload all assets to your our shared folder five working days before your session takes place

Step Five

On the day, stay available to give feedback and watch as your project comes to life

Step Six

You’re all set! Watch your video walkthrough and any tutorials you might need in the future

How much can I have done in a VIP day?
We’re almost superhuman, but to avoid any confusion:

What if I need more time?

More than one VIP half-day can be booked! We’ll advise after booking if we think more than one will be needed! Oh, and vice versa! If you’re going to have time left over for extra bits and bobs, we’ll let you know.
Can I make revisions?

Of course! All revisions will be completed within the Half VIP day. We ask you to stay contactable so we can check design stages with you throughout the session.
Is there any ‘after session’ support?

Yes, indeed! As well as your video walk-through and tutorials, you’ll get 30 days of Q+A support. This support does not include any further revisions but helps you with making your own edits, utilising your page or any other questions you might have about what was created during your session.
Which website platforms do you work with?

WordPress is our baby! But we also work with other platforms such as Kajabi, Squarespace, Without Code and Shopify too. If you’re using something else and you want to see if we can help… pop us a message.
Can I only book my session on a Tuesday?

Due to working with our ongoing clients and on larger projects, we try to keep Half VIP Days to one day a week. If you’re really stuck for Tuesdays, sail over an email and we’ll see when our next non-Tuesday slot is.
What is my investment?

Your investment in our design intensive is just £500. If you'd prefer to split up the cost then payment plans are available.
